myZoi is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and security of all information you provide us. It is important to read this entire privacy notice along with our Terms carefully as some of the provisions affect your legal rights and obligations.
Account:means the account created by the User on the Mobile App after successful completion of registration.
Authorized Representative:means the employee or authorised representative of the User who is specifically authorized to register on the Mobile App, Website or such other platform created by myZoi on behalf of the User to apply for myZoi Services.
Mobile App:means myZoi's mobile application, which is developed and designed to operate on various mobile operating systems, to provide myZoi's Services.
myZoi Services:means the myZoi digital wallet offered to Users where available, payroll services offered to organisations, access to the Website, use of the Mobile App and such other services as may be provided by us through such channels as we may decide, from time to time.
Personal Data:is any information which can be used to identify you or from which you are identifiable. This includes but is not limited to your name, nationality, telephone number, bank details, email address, your image, government-issued identification numbers, biometric data, race, date of birth, marital status, religion, employment information and financial information.
Terms:means the terms and conditions or if applicable the relevant contract entered into between you and myZoi.
Third Party Service Providers:means service providers including banks, digital know your customer (KYC) providers, service providers, and logistics providers and other partners from whom myZoi may obtain certain services in relation to the Mobile App, the Website and any other services needed to provide myZoi Services.
Usage Information:means information that we automatically collect about how you access and interact with myZoi.
User:means any individual/organisation (as the case may be) registered on the Mobile App or any other platform for using myZoi Services.
User Data:means any data, including Personal Data submitted to us by the User, the Authorized Representative on behalf of the User or by any third party in connection with the use of myZoi Services or in relation to the Terms.
