Earned Wage Access Facility Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the EWA Facility extended by Deem Finance LLC and administered by myZoi. Read them carefully before using the service.

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of the Earned Wage Access Facility (the "EWA Facility" or the "Facility") extended by Deem Finance LLC ("Deem"), a financial institution duly licensed in the United Arab Emirates, and administered by myZoi Financial Technology Services L.L.C ("myZoi"), acting as Deem's authorized technology and service partner.
The EWA Facility enables eligible employees to access a portion of their accrued but unpaid wages prior to the scheduled salary disbursement date, subject to the terms set out herein. The Facility is intended to provide Customers with short-term liquidity by allowing early access to compensation earned for work already performed.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a Customer shall mean an individual employee who has successfully registered for the EWA Facility through the designated digital platform, has satisfied the applicable eligibility criteria, and has consented to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
